Access the Watford Health Campus planning documents
The Campus Team submitted the application for Outline Planning Permission to Watford Borough Council on 31st July 2007. The registered application reference is OU/00958/OUTM.
The Development Control Committee of the Council "Resolved to Grant Outline Planning Permission" on 15th May 2008, subject to 3 main conditions:
- Highways Agency "holding direction" to be resolved.
- Decision regarding referral to Secretary of State by Government Offices for East of England
- Completion of an acceptable Section 106 agreement
The Highways Agency "holding direction" was removed in late June 2008.
Government Offices for the East of England advised there would be no referral to Secretary of State late August 2008.
The Section 106 was finalised in October 2009. All signatories to the S106 have now agreed to sign the document.
A formal decision notice will be uploaded to this site when available.
