Keeping your carbon footprint down with WHC

Improving and enhancing the local public transport infrastructure in Watford is a key priority for the Watford Health Campus, which aims to encourage use of greener and more environmentally friendly modes of transport for journeys to and from the Campus site and new hospital.

As well as the plan for the Croxley Rail Link (visit their website for more details), which aims to link local services from London Underground’s Metropolitan Line to those of the Watford Junction mainline station, the Campus hopes to encourage improved bus services to the Campus, linking Watford town centre and beyond for travellers to the site. This vision is combined with the investment in roads and highways, which will also help encourage further public transport services to and within the area.
