What is the Watford Health Campus?

Watford Health Campus is the catalyst to transform west Watford.

It is a major mixed use scheme which is being developed by a consortium working together to redevelop a 26.5 hectare site in Watford. It has a strong master plan and has received outline planning permission.

The Campus will consist of new hospital facilities, over 500 high quality residential units, A1 office space, business research and distribution space. Leisure, conference, hotel, community uses are all part of the stunning master plan with new road links into the site. A core part of the vision is to move the back room functions of the hospital onto the Campus and allow health related businesses to grow with easy access to health professionals. It is located next to Watford Football Stadium with its renowned community outreach.

The Campus is at the edge of residential urban Watford, and is in a stunning setting of the River Colne and will benefit from the reopened Croxley Rail Link which provides underground tube links directly into the heart of London. In summary the Campus will offer:
